What You Can Expect After You Order

1. Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.

2. Shipping Notification: Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse (within 48 hours), you’ll get a second email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s site.

3. Delivery: Your carrier will deliver the package to your provided address.

Important Information for a Smooth Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot modify addresses after an order is shipped.

• If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will usually leave a notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

• We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, or incorrect/incomplete address information provided by the customer.
